Part-Time Finance Assistant

We are looking for Finance assistant to join our team at Home Instead.

 Part-Time Position is 28 hours weekly. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Work hours are 11 a.m. til 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.


  • Maintain and finalize hours in Clear Care daily
  • File paperwork
  • Support all office staff with answering incoming calls and record any messages for all office staff. Also answer and filter calls for finance department
  • Run errands. Employee will be reimbursed for mileage
  • Assist in preparation for billing and payroll
  • Place follow up phone calls for finance dept. and assist with preparing letters/notices to clients and caregivers under Finance Manager's directions.
  • Answer and problem solve questions in regards to client’s invoices and caregivers payroll
  • Assist with auditing new/reactivate client files
  • Assist with long term care insurance follow ups
  • Assist with Accounts Receivables follow ups
  • Scan documents in Online file management system
  • Assist with employee verification forms as needed
  • Assist with finance department on any special projects as needed


  • Must be at least 19 years of age and older
  • Must have current auto insurance and valid driver's license
  • Must be able to complete background check and drug screening
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
