We are looking for Finance assistant to join our team at Home Instead.
Part-Time Position is 28 hours weekly. Starting pay is $13 per hour. Work hours are 11 a.m. til 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.
- Maintain and finalize hours in Clear Care daily
- File paperwork
- Support all office staff with answering incoming calls and record any messages for all office staff. Also answer and filter calls for finance department
- Run errands. Employee will be reimbursed for mileage
- Assist in preparation for billing and payroll
- Place follow up phone calls for finance dept. and assist with preparing letters/notices to clients and caregivers under Finance Manager's directions.
- Answer and problem solve questions in regards to client’s invoices and caregivers payroll
- Assist with auditing new/reactivate client files
- Assist with long term care insurance follow ups
- Assist with Accounts Receivables follow ups
- Scan documents in Online file management system
- Assist with employee verification forms as needed
- Assist with finance department on any special projects as needed
- Must be at least 19 years of age and older
- Must have current auto insurance and valid driver's license
- Must be able to complete background check and drug screening
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
